For e-case I couldn't acess it I tried and it didn't work
But I filled my application in 1st of April
Reaches to damascuss in 8th of June
Request documents Police report , bank statement from august 2011 to august 2012 , to redo medical exam and to send them the green paper and photocopy of my wifes passport. And for my daughter Canadian passport In 26 of september
In 3rd December they send email in last stage of assesment and the familly officer reviewing the file for decision the aftes 3 days or 2 days the called my wife asking about the new baby and the called the next day also asking again so my wife asked them they said every thing is cleared So my wife said nshalah in this month before new year they said noo but we don't know , so that's all.

What I think nothing will happen for our visas before the new year that's what I think
It is hard I don't know I can't hold it anymore almost more than 21 months since I fill the application and paying and almost 19 months since it is received to damascuss VO
I think the officer left last 2 weeks for vacation they'll be back in 2nd of January 2013 so we have to wait till the fist week of January 2013

So here is my history

My application was received in Syria on January 25 2011
2nd medical were requested on January 2012
Along with a police certificate from Lebanon and Canada because I lived there
And still quite till this day.

I have reviewed your previous posts, so you have applied for an ARC not a sponsorship??
I highly recommend you order the CAIPS notes, I have explained a bit about them in my post (Reply #2030) on page 136 of this thread.
Anybody who applies for any application at CIC can order the CAIPS.

one more question when does the processing time start? so processing times in beirut is 19 months to determine the approximate processing time do i calculate from the time my application was recieved(feb 17,2012) or from the time it was in process(nov 5,2012)?

As for the processing time, it is from the date the file was transferred to Beirut Visa Office Allah a3lam!!

We filed the application on december 8 2010
The second medical was requested on the 1st week of January 2012
Sorry can't remember the exact date
And the province is Ontario .
