unfortunately i forgot the exact date on when the documents were sent to Damascus, but we received the certificat de selection dated november 21, 2011.. so i suppose around that time ..

the papers are worked on by Quebec.
i have a question : if the embassy emailed us asking to redo the medical exam and also to provide them with another criminal record, as well as 3 forms to fill up, do we still have the security screening step to go by ? - the enveloppe was deposited in the embassy's mail box october 18, our e-case states in process, with only mention of the medical exams received (this was stated long time ago, since we got access to our e-case online-)

My wife's file has been in process 11 days prior to yours, and I have no idea about the security screening and how long it would take!
I know we almost got to the 17 months mark, then they raised it by 2 more months!!! ???
Yalla stay positive and inshallah soon this misery will be done!

Try to open your ecase with Immigration File Number and use Fxxxxxxxxx number don't use the B number cause it's not working

Good morning to all,

Please share your thoughts. It has been over 19 month (stage 2), Syrian Police Certificate expired after 6 months-we just submitted a second one. Also, Swedish PC was missing (just submitted through mail). Medicals will expire December 11,2012...Applicant currently living in Syria ....

Any chance we might hear back soon ? (Approximately how long does it take to complete security check...etc) Do you recommend we send an email questioning about our processing status?

Dear KEKO,

Please make sure you are typing in all the information exactly how it appeared on the application when checking ECAS status. Last name-does not matter if typed in capital as the first letter. Indicate any hyphens if included in last name. Try to search with your UCI number as provided in your AOR letter (when the applicant got his/her acceptance letter) . Usually this number is 12 digits long. However, eliminate the first four digits and type in the remaining 8 digits under Client ID. For my case, I do not use the application number beginning with the letter "B" followed by 9 numbers" because it does not work for me. Good Luck

I tried every thing it didn't work , I don't care nshalah they'll give us the visa soon I get an email in 7th of November saying they still waiting medical clearance and when they'll got they will conta t me what u think guys soon I'll get it or I have to waitttttttttttt
