when they say the file is in queue to be sent to the officer, how long its usually take to the file to get there according to your experience?
is it the same person who makes the assessment and the decision?

I sent to then many time
I'm an applicant and my wife is the sponsor
We sent our files as a ( لم الشمل) to Quebec
They told me to send e3fa2 min el khedmi 3asakariyeh
W Ana aslan I was in Sudan. So they ask me to get sejil 3adli
From Sudan maybe this week I will travel to Sudan
And they send a form schedule A. Lezim emli kello
I have only one month to do it. Do u think I will get the

Its the same situation for my wife the second medical expire this week so maybe she have to do it for the third time too!!!

Hi lele shoukran kilek zo2 marte waladet min 3 weeks wa ana sarle 25 days bi libnen.marte wa el banout mne7 allah y salmek. I go to the embassy last week to apply for the citizen certificate for my girl. I wemt to apply for a passeport for her too but they dont accept. The lady told me when your wife will have the visa you can apply for a temporary passport. I ask about the file of my wife but they tell me nothing the security guy just give me a paper to fill out with name, phone nunber, e-mail and files number and he tell me they will call us in 1 week. So I am still waiting for ppr. Its benn 22 month since damascus receive the file of my wife. In 2 month its will be 2 years can you imagine that. I am married and I havea dauther bass ma fi istikrar! Yallah all I can say its 3asa an takraho shay2an wa hiya 5ayron lakon...
