I don't know when exactly it was updated as I haven't checked in a while, but since they started processing on the 17th, I'm guessing it hasen't been a very long time since it was turned to "Decision Made"...

From what I've read, there is almost zero chance of them denying her the PR before they call us for an interview, which they didn't.

I really hope this is the end of our Journey...
We're eagerly waiting for the call from Beirut VO to hopefully request a passport.

I don't remember what were your exact calculations, and I'm too lazy to look them up.

What I know for SURE is that my file (and I'm talking about my file only) was left completely untouched until exactly a month ago, time at which they asked for an updated police certificate.

The GMCS notes are a very accurate way of seeing what is going on with your files, and as of early January, all the steps required to issue visa were still not started, therefore, I can say with 100% conviction that CPP-O did not send MY FILE back to Beirut because they did all the work they could do. CPP-O did nothing other than receive my file and put it in their systems.

I really hope the decision is positive, and I really hope that my file processing time becomes the new norm for Beirut applicants, let's remember that we have some people in other threads who have been waiting for 20+ month already. 13 month is relatively OK as compared 21 and whatnot...

Finally, I received an email from 2 days ago to submit my passport to the Canadian embassy in Hamra so nshalla everything is done for me.

The embassy is in Jal el Dib! This is very weird.

What does your eCAS say? Did it switch to Decision Made?

yes the visa office is in hamra concord street. recently all the applications had been forwarded to the visa office and all the applications and the passports are submitted there .

why does it say in my gcms notes in: PAPER FILE HISTORY: LOCATION: ISLAMABAD STORAGE??
In other parts it says beirut storage
anyone has the same?

my application in process since oct.10.2013, recently I have e-mailed them 3 weeks ago the answer was (we still waiting for the security results). wonder how long it will takes.
and by the way we completed 33 months since the application received.
how could I know if an application transferred to Ottawa?

There is no interview, i am now in Dubai, i will come back to Leb after 10 days to submit my passport.

Decision Made Accepted

Permanent Residence Application Status:
Decision Made
We received application for permanent residence on October 17, 2012.

We started processing application on March 1, 2013.

Medical results have been received

A decision has been made on Mharakeh1 application. The office will contact MHarakeh1 concerning this decision

my husband will try to call cic tmrw but I wanted to know if anyone has the same since our file like your files was transferred around September to beirut.
we applied in March 2013 and still waiting..
