I applied visitor visa for my husband last year for Canada, but it got refused so does I need to say yes of the following question ?

been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country?

Thanks!

You are the main applicant and the question is about you not ur husband. So that visa rejection has nothing to do with u and the answer is no.

the form says .. "Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada, everÈÈ

Any of family member listed in application means my husband .... ??

Thanks!

Just write no

i think you should write yes, bcos question is clear in itself..
it is asking whether you or ur family members(spouse) have been refused to...
but condition does not apply only, if you applying PR just for yourself means you are not showing or adding your spouse....in that case you should write no.

Write Yes. It is clearly stated.

Remember if you provide misleading information, it may jeopardize whole PR application. Just because your husband was refused visa last year, does not mean he will be refused PR.

hi

u need to write yes and provide the reason why ur husband got rejected

I feel even if you give no, When CIC verifies the records they can see that VISA was rejected earlier. so better it go with yes and explanation

Hi,

My wife got refused for vistor, then we reapplied, and she got approved the second time, when I appliued for cec pr, I said yes she was denied once, be she got approved the second time, I would put yes and explain why from the VO officer letter, It should be fine, and it will have no effect on you application just be sincere, and you should be fine

What if you were refused admission to the USA? I was refused a tourist visa last year to that country. I'm not residing in North America. Should I say YES to the question?

Thanks in advance.
