Anyone got bc pnp approved who applied between 1-15 Jan 2017 in international graduate category?

My timeline so far:

OCT 21 2016 -- PNP Registration Date

Oct 28, 2016 -- Invitation to Apply for PNP (ITA) Date

Nov 24, 2016 -- submitted my application and waiting for nomination.

Current status (SUBMITTED)

Do Submitted means they haven't opened it yet?
Any replies would be great.

Is there any WhatsApp group too?

It takes 18 months for federal process. As there isnt amy draw yet in 2017 , so time for pnp cant be predicted.
Hope it helps

Hi guys,

it looks like it takes quite a time to receive PR.
What can we do during this 18 months waiting? do we receive temporary work permit? or being applied for PR to federal system
already makes us eligible to work??

I'm considering now through what stream to make my application: whether through SI or EE.
I'm told by lawyers thats it faster to do through express entry but I'm not sure what is the guarantee that if I apply to express entry
the BC province will nominate me??

thank you very much for your advises
best regards

Any one get NOMINATION this week?

Hi, should your Registration Date and ITA Date be in 2017?

I submitted my application the same day as you. Status is applied so far.

3 people I know :D got their nominations

If BCPNP approve the EE BCPNP application under international graduate, Will they mail a paper certificate? or where people can download the certificate?

Hi there,

I would like to let you guys know one thing, BC PNP is holding 20% of applications (20% applications are people who apply through consultancy)

I just came to know that people who apply by their own are getting nomination sooner than who apply through consultancy.

In fact, me and four of my friends graduated from the same university, registered for BC PNP, got invited and submitted application on the same date, but among five, three have applied by their own and got the nomination with in a month. two of us (including me) applied though consultancy in November (over four months) still no response from BC PNP.

So sad >:(

Anyone knows if there is no problem to travel outside of Canada while my PR application is on process?

I am registering for my PNP - International Graduate really soon and I am also planning to travel to Europe for about 2 weeks with my family this summer.

I will be working on my PGWP which is valid until next November but still.... really curious about it.

You're fine. Travelling wont affect your application at all

Hi,

thank you for sharing.
Its important information. I'm wondering whether to apply by myself or through consultancy as I'm afraid to do smth wrong in preparing the documents and applying...
Are you sure that all other conditions ( like age, work experience - previous and current job offer are similar?)

thank you

anyone knows if it is okay to do another part-time besides my full-time work for PR?

I am doing full time where I am applying for PR and also doing another part-time casually..... does it matter? ;D

Thank you guys for your replies in advance

You can work more, just don't leave the full time job.
