Hi Blitzk,

I applied OWP from India and timelinees are 3-4 months here..

It's been nearly 2.5 months till date and my application is under process after submitting medical report.

I think they take 2-3 weeks time once we resubmit the passports after medicals...

Thanks @roxanne, one more question. Did you submit a photocopy of all the pages of your passport? Did you do the same for your old passports also?

Hi blitzk,

Yes for PR appllication forms and No for OWP.

For OWP, I have just submitted photocopy of 1st and last pages....They will keep your passports during whole process time.

It's still with them( Old+ New Passport) both

Okay. Thanks again roxanne. Here in Singapore they require only the photocopy of the passport. They will ask only for the actual passport once they have approved the owp. The problem is they want a copy of all pages of the passport including the old ones. That is quite a lo of photocopied pages and quite an amount if we have it notarized

Hi all,
I'm new comer in your subject. I nominated on 26 Oct 2012 and my NOC is 2132.
I sent my application by TNT express to CIO and TNT notified me CIO received on 30 Jan 2013 by Macneil.
I paid my fee by paying in Ankara embassy(I sent my receipt from embassy to CIO), because I'm Iranian and because of sanction I couldn't use bank draft or credit cards.
unfortunately until now I don't receive my AOR and I applied for OWP and I rejected because of 1- Purpose of visit and 2- Personal assets and financial status.
the rejection from Ankara embassy for OWP make me worry that CIO reject me the same reason. I attached a bank letter that I have near 20K$ and a title deed of my apartment.
Please send me your suggestion and guidance to get good result.

I am sorry to hear thyat your OWP is rejected. But for PR keep your hopes high. You can contact CIC by email and ask for an update. I hope you will hear a positive reply.
