Oh my goodness, I had my application ready to go June 28 but decided to wait for the new system as I thought it would be quicker!

No updates Since July 2015 about processing time, don't know why they are calling express pnp??

something weird is going on. some people applied after 20th of July 2015 and already got their nominations. However, some people did their addendum before 10th of July but still no news. Also, I have seen someone applied paper based in June 2015 and already got approval and some people got based on their paper based timeline not based on their addendum. I have applied paper application last year December (2014) and did my addendum on July 7th but still no news from them. does this addendum thing actually works?

No idea what's going in the pnp office, BC PNP was the best processing team a year ago in Canada, not anymore I don't know why I moved here from Alberta.

1. Can I apply for a BC PNP, but not for BC Express Entry PNP (in 2016)?

2. Can I extend my work visa with a nomination under BC Express Entry PNP?

3. Can I apply now for a BC Express Entry PNP?

Express Entry PNP Addendum is different process than regular express pnp. It is little longer process, give or take one month more than express entry pnp....

Currently BC pnp is closed for all the stream except health and medical professionals. It will open in 2016 with new point based system.yes, you can extend work permit with pnp nomination.

Great news, bc pnp updated processing time only 4 to 5 months for June - Aug applicants, the good news is not too far!
