Express Entry affecting PNP

I am from outside canada and arranged job by agency. But my agency is from Bangladesh; may be would not appropriate for you as you are from Pakistan.
You my try to find any such agency in Pakistan.

I simply think that they will use the new Express Entry only for the "portion" of application related to skilled (and semi skilled) workers and not for other categories such as international graduates (a.e.)... I understood the statement as "portion of the entire program, not portion of applications"...

I'm guessing... for what I understood the new Express Entry is developed to match job needing with job offer through a quick and easy application (give or take..) I think that the other PNP categories will continue to be processed like now...
That is my idea of "portion" ...
PR requests directly related to the job market --> Express Entry (FSW, PNP etc) , other kind of requests --> different stream.
