I don't actually have the answer to that question. I wonder what would happen in that case myself. Sorry I couldn't help man.

I called them today and asked for any updates and they said my application is in process and may take upto 1-2 weeks more.
And yes, it has been 16 weeks last Friday for my application. So my application may now take 16 to 18 weeks. Or may be more that forever.

And now if they will refuse my application for any reason, that will prove that I waited long long enough for a refusal. More than 4 months.

Pnp office not give any receipt they give ARO and

No worries, you don't get a receipt right away, and nowadays it takes almost two months to receive it.
