Hello everyone.... Congratulations satpan, Robbie and Rachel.... I have 3 quick questions.... Those of you who included your spouses in your application for PNP..... Did bc pnp send a letter covering your spouses separately?
NO, will be named on your nomination certificate
Second question is.... If you included ur spouse for pnp and she is currently outside canada eg Vdang, how do you intend to bring her into canada? Will you be applying for your wife As visitor or as open work permit?
You can apply for a spousal open work permit for your wife if nominated
Third question, how do you intend to achieve this.....will you courier the documents to her so she can apply on her own from outside canada or will you be applying on her behalf from within canada.
If your Wife is not from a visa exempt country she will need to apply by post. Include a copy of your nomination certificate, your work contact and your marriage certificate. Even though you will be both applying for PR your Wife will still need to prove ties to her home country. A lot of applications seem to be rejected as the VO is not convinced the spouse will leave at the end of the visa. Total BS as you both have a PR application in but you'll need to convince the VO she will leave if the PR application is not successful. I'd apply for both of yours and your Wifes TRV and permits together. You can fill the paperwork out and have your Wife check and sign it somehow
Please I need all your inputs.... No answer is useless ..... Help!
TRV required applicants.... I'm not visa exempt!
Thanks
