Barcode pages on top of application??

well, it doesn't matter, they gonna go through all the pages.

here is what mentioned on the IMM5533

- checklist should be on top of the Application package. means bar code should not be .bar code can be underneath the package.

What happens to the application if I sent it in the order of the checklist.

Yeah I had not read that portion of the guide which said keep barcode pages on top.
Will they return the app? Delay it? Decline it?

I have done the same this time, after sending I realized that guide says to put barcodes on Top. Would you please tell if they were okey with your application or there was any issue?
