No buddy, I'm in the same stage as you, too. Only the SA letter tells you the VO. The best we can do is to order for GCMS notes. Only GCMS will tell the status accurately.

yes, you can apply for GCMS notes, that way you will know the exact status of your application progress. what is your VO? Did your application status change from "In Process" to "Application Received"/ "In Progress" again in ECAS?

It means you have passed your medicals. ECAS will show "medical results has been received" but if you check your GCKey account, it will show that you've passed.

does the verbiage under Review of Eligibility/ Background check in the GCKey account change after we get the line 2 ("We Started Processing your application on XXXX") in ECAS? or does it change automatically after getting SA?

You can directly get DM without Pre-arrival too.

ah, okay..I get it! but didn't your spouse carry the Medical Request Letter during the appointment? I'm asking this cause, we did and the hospital stamped and gave it back as an acknowledgement. Nonetheless, don't worry...the medical reports will be uploaded by the hospital within 2-5 working...

by info sheet, you mean the Medical Request Letter (with IME number) which you downloaded from GCKey account, right?

If you do not have a lawyer then in the online account.

The VO will most likely be mentioned in the SA letter. Since you have Decision Made in ECAS, you will receive your SA letter soon :) You can call IRCC to confirm.

@Jabya - that's really great! :D not sure about the GCMS notes part, I think its very subjective. Cause, I did apply for the same only to find out that there has been no movement/ updates in our file since our AOR in March. LOL! (got my GCMS notes today) I have no clue what's happening to...
