Bad news,
Our forum mate mrk2011 have got rejection letter this afternoon!
He finished the medicals, police clearance paid landing fees everything to Australia visa office.
After all these formalities they Asked for a query Where they claimed an information to be not authentic.
And asked for an explanation within 2 months time. He explained everything and after long 3 months they said they are not satisfied. He can not apply again within 2 years time in any category.

It feels very disappointing and frustrating too.
After waiting for so long, spending so much money and energy if this happens, I am speechless.
I pray for all of us especially for rana, ( mrk2011, my beloved brother in law), may his dreams come true in other format and which is the best for him. Allah bless us all.

I pray to Almighty that mrk2011 could recover the disappointment ASAP. At the end of the day, he will surely overcome this upsetting issue.
All the best.
Rakib.

After taking all kinds of fee, they are rejecting the file. It is absolutely unfair, and now our expectation is uncertain. As such, we should not lose our time by thinking the immigration process. Our time should be exploited for other purposes.

U r right.
+1 for u.

Agreed.But canada is not heaven.
Usually,we all will not get a position as easily as native country.
Discrimination exists silently.
Many one left canada for cold.
Long wait for specialist doctor.
Lot of drawbacks are there.
But may be still better thah our beloved Bangladesh.
Not discouraging anyone.thanks.
Hope ALLAH bless us all.

Decision is yours................. and of course it varies person to person.....
IMHO - if anyone is not succeeding here in Bangladesh, situation is going to be the same in Canada too. After all; the Canadians are not super human....that whatever they are doing we cannot think of that! Success story is all around..... if you are thinking - from the bottom here in Bangladesh; overnight (after getting visa) you will excel in Canada - you might be living in foolish paradise......

Person who is very sucessful in Bangladesh , may not be that much sucessful in canada.I know people having excellent background and in very prestigious position here ,(BUET teachers) doing inferior grade job .Specialist doctor doing security job or odd job.My mama was woking in world bank as consultant but did inferior job in canada. Now he is retired.
But surely there are lot of success story as you said.So it depend person to person.
I understand we all eager to go canada. But taking long time.So I mean we can make life meaningful anywhere.

I fully agree with you. But my point is that " Do not loose hope and do not get frustrated" In Sha Allah everything will be alright... Keep faith in Him...... Whatever Allah is doing for us..is definitely good for us.

Indeed....The main reason of frustration is "long waiting time". We all wait for that desired IP/MR/Visa but SVO is taking so much time that it's hampering our daily activities. All of us look at the next day. As long as the next day will come to end we can't live in normal. At times I remember pre-2008 applicants who waited for long like us. Who can assure that we will get visa by 6 months or 1 year or by 2 years ? This immigration system is really painful. May Allah bless us all

Good news for all of us.................

OTTAWA—Canada’s foreign service workers have reached a contract deal with Ottawa, ending a lengthy job action that had delayed visas for foreign tourists and students and slowed travel from abroad.

The tentative deal was announced Thursday afternoon and the union said it would immediately suspend the strike measures and work-to-rule campaign that had slowed work in Canadian embassies and consulates around the globe.

Now we can hope that rest of the application will move faster.

We must keep praying for all

Looks like the Strike Action is over. Please see the link below:

I hope and pray that our long waiting time ends with good news.

All the best everybody. Keep smiling.
