Bad news,
Our forum mate mrk2011 have got rejection letter this afternoon!
He finished the medicals, police clearance paid landing fees everything to Australia visa office.
After all these formalities they Asked for a query Where they claimed an information to be not authentic.
And asked for an explanation within 2 months time. He explained everything and after long 3 months they said they are not satisfied. He can not apply again within 2 years time in any category.

It feels very disappointing and frustrating too.
After waiting for so long, spending so much money and energy if this happens, I am speechless.
I pray for all of us especially for rana, ( mrk2011, my beloved brother in law), may his dreams come true in other format and which is the best for him. Allah bless us all.

sad to hear this..i was scared really wen he told about explanation.but he can use the right to appeal..dont give up..go for appeal...really its painful.. ..MAY ALLAH BLESS HIM

Really sad news...May Allah help all of us.....if there is option for appeal he can do it.

After taking all kinds of fee, they are rejecting the file. It is absolutely unfair, and now our expectation is uncertain. As such, we should not lose our time by thinking the immigration process. Our time should be exploited for other purposes.
