SVO will finalized only 2500 applicant (FSW category) in 2013. My view is that they will not issue any MR if their quota is fulfilled.
So what is happening ? some people atleast gt IP...but i have no clue.so no hope for us who r still in RBVO.If ip status ra ekhono mr pai nai then how can we expect.please shre me .I am a silent reader of this forum

Mainly Appendix "A" contain personal information like in your passport.
Yes it has time limit to sending PPR to VO: 60 days.
