Congrats ! You do not need to wait long time, you may need to wait from 2 months to max 1 year. Best of luck.

Only 1 person get In Process, even after so long time. When can I expect In Process? In Process is important ? When I get MR? I applied in Feb 2011. Waiting so much time. Others get in process or mr yet?

I have seen a list in All Bangladeshi Applicants Forum and they have a list of people who got passport submission letter. Surprisingly many people didn't even submit their passport yet! I think that also affects other applicants. Maybe the office cannot finish the applications because no passports to give visas and because of that not even working on other applications. This is like traffic jam in busy street because stupid driver in front parked in front of fast food shop and blocked the whole street and everybody just sitting and watching and congratulating.
