total 286 MI3 cases fall under SVO. and you are referring only 13 people. this one could be any one from any 10 countries.

Actually, I eager to know this one eligibility completed by CIC & then sent to VO like me. Or this one eligibility didn't complete yet by CIC? I'm asking to u just for want to know. Thanks Brother....

see you hv got a valid point as well. since all MI2 & MI3 applicants supposed to get AOR from CIO office only and VO only supposed to do the background checking then in that case there shall be none in the assessment of eligibility under SVO. Problem is they have circulated one process but practicing another process.

I have also same question. Last week I have sent CSQ to SGVO they replied my file is in queue for initial assessment but CIC already assessed, they sent to them for further processing. This system not like pre June, we have sent full package to CIO. When they will be start MI-02 file no body know, Now I am hopeless also.

Through out the forum we r finding only hopeless post! The situation is actually hopeless. But can anybody say us a hope. I am expecting atleast some good news in SEPT12! No one have got IP? No one? Last month one got MR+PPR. No update in this month!! Strange!! They want to finish the backlock by January 2013!!!
If there is any update, plzzzz friends update us. ??? ??? ???

Good to see that lots of 'CONGRATULATION' post is in All Bangladeshi applicants forum.

But when I see their time line, I just got afraid. If i take it as standard processing time of SGVO, then i should wait ..................
