Overtime required when there is lots of work. But I think you don't have any thing to do now. So u r fired!!!
Humm, But we not that much cruel. U r offered to pray for us with no limitation to overtime!!! If you can achieve your target (all forum member with maple leaf) u'll be awarded and..... perhaps a promotion!!!

Assessment for Eligibility - this is what we have rcvd from CIO office as an approval for MI2 and MI3. for MI1 this is VO's activity. thats you will find very less MI2 & MI3 are at this stage because most of us have already rcvd this approval from CIO office

Selection Decision - this is the stage of RBVO, IP & MR.
Final decision - PPR

If you are at RBVO or IP then you are at selection decision stage. but it doesn't mean your process is completed. major task at VO is background docs checking.

This is my analysis only. other may have different opinion.

Then what is this 1 means?? Suppose we r 19 in no in Bangladeshi Mi-3 thread. All have received PER from CIC after eligibility reviewed.

total 286 MI3 cases fall under SVO. and you are referring only 13 people. this one could be any one from any 10 countries.
