Hmm...I thought you were pre june applicant and sent your docs to singapore VO.
Processing pattern for post june 2010 application is different. After receiving application CIO at first check completeness. If any doc is missing CIO immidiately return complete application package to applicant's address. As yours was received by CIO on 16 may, your application already gone through CIO's completeness check. SO there is 2 probability:
A. CIO finds your application complete (If HSC is not a big issue to them)
B. CIO finds your application incomplete for not having HSC certificates. In that case CIO already sent back your application to your address.

How can you find that your application is complete:

Check with your bank. If your bank draft is encashed then CIO finds your application complete & started reviewing.

My final advice:

Dont send those missing docs . wait for 2 weeks and then check with your bank.

Dear Dr. Hasib

I think ur argument is right. Tasneem huband can apply for 4152 catagory ,for my case i had my MA in Human Rights and BSS in International Relations with 3 years social work experiences . I got my PER in 1 April and 26 April 1st AOR from SGVO ,now waiting for MR like u . Actually , we can apply on 4152 catagory but when we will fight for job in Canada we have to seat for another degree for licencing like Doctor . International Graduate can enroll in any MSW program or International Graduate Program in Ryerson University ( they have a very good certificate program lead to liciencing for newly immigrant which supported by CIC). For Candian licence , International social worker need to have international membership for Social worker ,but the fact is in BD only Rajshahi university socail work department have this MOU not even Dhaka university ( though they have a very good Social WOrk department). So , we need cross our fingure for good news.May allah bless all of us .

Do you have any idea whether standard chartered bank in Bangladesh can say if the draft is encashed or not?

I think they can likewise CBC, HSBC,DBBL banks can

We need to show bank statement of ~CAD17,000. We'll collect the money from our parents and deposit it to our accounts before taking the statements. Now my question is what is the deadline of doing that? Is it required to deposit the money before I send the application package or should we do it later?

For work experience, they need (1) notarized employment contract & (2) original & up-to-date letter of reference. If instead of (2) letter of reference, I send 3 seperate documents- experience certificate, salary sertificate & Job Description, will it be ok? If the salary certificate is on monthly basis, instead of yearly basis, will there be any problem?

to reconsider my application as they did a mistake by saying i Applied for 3131 - Dentist (which i didn't) where as 3131 - is for Pharmacist (which i applied for).
