Does anyone know what might be happening at the visa office in Hong Kong? After doing medical checks and providing police clearances I (provincial nominee) sent our passport by their request on December 3. 2014, the package reached the office on 4th (next day). After one month, when I wrote to them they replied that our app is "pending officer's review" (I guess the passports were received). But now it's been more than three months of silence. My further enquiries (one in every month) have been ignored. We are worried. What possibly can be a problem? Backlog?
