If children are over-aged dependants, on IMM0008 - the reason for not accompanying will be "over-aged dependant". Should it mention how they will join the principal applicant (parents) later.... such "will join as students" or something ? or just leave it mentioning "over-aged dependent" ?
In the covering letter should it be mentioned that they are too eligible to study in the same province - to show that the principal applicant has a genuine intention of permanently settling down in the same province ?
