Hi Qorax,
Thanks for your reply.
I applied in Feb,2010 and my FTD is march,2010 and full docs submitted in april, 2010.
I got In process with RBVO details in Feb,2011 and the processing started on 21/04/2011.
So do I have to count 6 months from 21/04/11 for MR, as u said that it could take about 6 months from the processing commencement.
Please elaborate.
Thanks.

Usually YES.

Dear Qorax,

May i know what is the difference between applicant got 2nd AOR from VO v/s Applicant who does not received 2nd AOR ( Post June 26/06 ,2010 ) ?

I found so many applicant who applied in Dec. / Jan 2011 still not got 2nd AOR from ND VO & Feb. 2011 applicant got it .

Does it give special difference between them ?

Please reply..

Dear Qorax!
I have received an email from CIC & requested to submit the following documents:

1. New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
2. New Schedule 1/Background Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.
3. Original Police Certificate: Updated.
4. Proof of Relationship to the Relative. (already sent, why ask again?)
5. Evidence of Relative Living in Canada.

Now i was expecting MR, what does this mean qorax! like it will further delay my case for HOW LONG?

It means your file has reached the finalization stage, it was reviewed by your VO for a possible decision... meaning? -Std B/ground checks complete.

U aren't alone... such 'repeat' requirements do occur for many... and based on your 'latest/fresh' inputs your meds would be released... in say 2-3 months time. Send those asap.

That point-5 is very important... for getting the relative's adaptability points - s/he ought to be currently residing in Canada; pls get their:
1. Tenancy/ownership contract,
2. Copy of 2011 T4,
3. Last few month's utility bills etc.
And send them to the CHC.

Good luck!

Hi Qorax,

I received request from CHC London to send updated PCC from UAE within 30 days. Medicals were sent in Sept. 2010.

Why they are delaying PPR and when do you expect to receive the same.

Best Regards,

Amer

2nd AOR could be delayed when the VO's eligibility check isn't concluded... why it didn't -- difficult to justify.
It's not about date... it's about case-to-case variance!

DANGER -- In most cases an e-Cas of VOERC means 'rejection'.

Hi Qorax,
As per you advice I sent them email requesting update in which I mentioned that 180 days have passed and vo has received medicals and RPRF. What would be next step with the pr application process.
They sent same reply which they have send every month when I send the email requesting update.

"Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete."

I have not lived in any country other than my home country. I have lived in canada for more than 5 years and never gone back. I came to canada on study permit.
Can you tell why is the same reply everytime and how long would it take.

Thanks Qorax!

Hi Qorax

When an applicant is in Canada and never spent more than 3 months outside, since age 15 what are the timeline to get ppr?
CAIPS says RCMP check was completed in few days and they sent form for med'l several months afterwards. We did medical by anticipation in Oct'10 and VO has rec'd results on March 08: 2months now. So, as QSW when should we expect ppr according to you?

thanks for your time and effort,
And.
