I too share a Similar Time line like yours.

File Received date: 25/06/2014
NOC 4011
PER: 21st Oct 2014
File put into Processing: 16th Dec 2014.

And last Thursday i.e. 24/09/15 I got Third line update that my file transferred to NDVO.

So no my time line reads as follows:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 25, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on December 16, 2014.
3. We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on October 21, 2014. The New Delhi office may contact you.


Have ordered GCMS notes twice, in both cases Security section blanked out.

I have cleared Eligibility only Background Check still going on since 16th Dec, 2014.

So this Third Lind Update, does it indicate in any way that now MR will be issued any time soon?

Security in process whited out got to know from activities and application
My criminality passed in client section
So many places s.15, s.16menmentioned
But no verification to employer till date
Waiting for Mr since 22.1.15
After eligibility passed notes 2 notes hidden with s.15 and s.16.

Even my file location also whited out that s strange
Is your file location mentioned.
On 22.1.15 my linked in was checked by Fiona mcletchje
Since then endless wait started for mr

My third line appeared on 24.9.15
But I have a feeling that its not gonna end the wait in near future
As some member like sawtantar who is also 22.1.15 slu lineot third line before 20 days has not reported Mr yet
Few member has reported Mr after a week time
But I am sure we are not that lucky at least I am not that lucky.

And visa officer latest notes blanked out. I havent submitted PCC along with my original File application so Criminality Pending.

No Job verification till date or any visit to my Linkedin profile. Have my hopes really high this time.

Hoping that NDVO doesn't disappoint.

this all is ok, dont be disapponited. verification is thier duty some times they do and many times no.

just submitt pcc if not submitted

What we think is weather we have made mistake in preparing file or what because I didn't hire a consultant verification is not the issue .
As the time passing hope is diminishing.
I had seen a guy fsw 2013 my category and same date of filing as mine 24.6 was waiting till sept.Oct 14 for Mr the forum name is vijayjose81 . god knows what has happened to his file as per my knowledge he didn't apply for gcms and after that no post from him so result of his file is not known

We just have to keep hope alive and continue to trust God Almighty that the delay is for good. Our time will come by the grace of God and the result will give us reasons to rejoice and be thankful to God Almighty.

Regarding PCC also I am little confused.

I have stayed in three different places. Two places in Same State, however for my Bachelors Studies I stayed for 4 years in another state.

So do i have to submit 3 different PCC or wait for NDVO to inform me which PCC to submit.

GCMS notes is the copy of your file with CIC. only person in side canda can order it with actual fee of $5.00 but mostly consultants are charging $20 to 500 as well

when there is delay or problem in the cic then applicant order this to check the actual status of the file
