First landing is for the PR Card... That is Intent. So, B4 and GTF are to be submitted You cannot claim duty free after the first landing. Why take the risk, you stay for few days and come back or enter US for a day... doesn't matter. Both forms are on First Landing. Regards doc2015

Yes dear, You have to fill the B4 and B4a Even if you are not carrying anything. For B4 - you can mention the stuff you are carrying. For B4a - you can also state Nil (No goods to follow).. it can also be mentioned on the B4.. Regards Doc2015
