After waiting for 10 months finally the second line appeared on my e-case. stating we have started processing your file on sep 23. In that mean wile i got a reply for my inquiry on oct 1. I send this inquiry exactly two months ago and the reply from NDVO is posted below.

Furthermore under Canada's immigration legislation, all immigrant applications are subject to statutory requirements, including medical and background checks. In this context, certain background investigations are being conducted in connection with your application. As these investigations are conducted by outside agencies, we have no purview over the processing time. We are therefore unable to give an exact time frame in which we expect to conclude the verifications on this case.
For now, there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the checks are completed the next steps in this application will be determined. Until then, we will not be able to provide any additional information on this case.

I have few questions,
1. Is that in my case just they have started my background check (i mean after my second line updated in my e-case)
2. If they just started my background check so how long i should have to wait for my MR.
