My VO Mexico though.

Hi gizmology3,

I am feeling very sad to hear about your case that you have spent 5Years and 4Months to complete the PR process. I am also in the same boat.
These days people are not taking that much time under EE.

It is a strange situation. cic has forgotten about its own old programs and is issuing PR to its new applicants within 9 months calling that as EE program.

Thats really strange. They should first clear their backlog cases instead of dumping them in endless wait. :(

Thanks CanDream, i think so too, it's always the case with governmental processes but now i am waiting for the passport Permanent residency, i already sent it but i have been waiting for 20 days and i am wondering how much more time will it take...and the processing times doesn't say anything about the PRP on the passport processing times.

Hi gizmology3,

Its horrible.

You are being put in the end of the long queue unnecessarily even at this final step.

You are not alone. All 2012/2013 guys are passing through same ordeal.

The person who will apply today(03Aug'17), will land in canada before us.

Looking for some way around to get out of this mess and apply fresh under EE.

I am waiting for passport request and DM
