No RCMP took 3 weeks only because you have to pay a company and they take care of that process for you , you have to send the police certificate application to the company and when is ready they will send it to you by mail you have to pay $130 $140 someting like that For that , i received an email with all the instructions how you can get your fingerprints and how you can complete the application they send by email to you is easy if you need help with that let me know

Yes i paid a third party and they did the Electronic fingerprinting , I contacted the RCMP 3 weeks ago an they said it's still in process . RCMP is the most bureaucratic agency in Canada it's a 3rd world class agency it doesn't belong to a country like Canada .

wow hope you get that soon , contact the 3rd party because when you pay they guarantee 3 to 4 weeks processing time , i am surprise because our RCMP was done in less than 3 weeks , we paid regular mail call the 3rd party they have the reponsability to get that done for you as soon as possible

Mine was dona via xl id solutions inc and it took 3 DAYS for me to receive it.
Usually it takes longer for people who have a criminal file, I'm not saying you do.

Not necessarily a criminal file , any kind of match of fingerprints with RCMP database makes it a problematic case , overstaying , deportation order and filing for refugee protection caused the delay .
