you need ARC or not depends on why you were removed..

They don't show for passport. If u send medicals , that will be shown..

first submit your application. Once your application is approved , they will ask you for ARC fee. AT this point, no need to think abt ARC

I submitted everything with my documents. My PCC and medical will expire this month So most probably they will request again.

but u said you submitted documents in june 2013, so ur medical should be valid tilll june 2014... am i wrong ?
