Thanks for your prompt response.
My code is also software engineer and score is 65, however i do not hav band 7 in each section of ielts, i am not sure if tht would matter.
Also can u pls point me to the process or steps to apply.

To claim 10 points you need to have 7 band in each component.
Check expatforum.com.

Once you have your skills assessment done and IELTS test score ready you need to lodge an EOI through skillselect. This is the first step.

After that you need to wait for an invitation. Later through skillselect EOI you can lodge a visa if invited.

I checked the website you posted for dental licensure examinations but can i apply for the immigration first then take the exams when i have it

Yes that was my question,can i do it the other way around,apply for immigration first then exams second

Without a positive assessment report your EOI will not be complete. So, you cannot.

Unless you already have been assessed by ACS, I really doubt you have 65.

ACS will 'eat into' your years of experience ( anywhere between 2 to 8 ) to provide a +ve assessment (if at all), so you can't use all your years of experience to calculate points.
