I remember when I was about to send in my application, Accra was completing MI2 cases in 9months. I remember saying to myself that if Accra could process MI2 with 1000cap/Noc in 9months, then MI3 should be processed in 4.5months cos of 500cap/Noc. I was wrong! lol.

On top every and delays, I am holding on to Ecclesiastes 3 vs11, I know He makes all things beautiful at its time and I have

decided not to worry about Accra.

Hmmmmm... I was even waiting for a 6-month by the way of a friend that went through PNP process. He started in January and came through in July 2011, he finally left Nov 2011. In any case, my hope is very much alive!

Hi Everyone,

Many thanks for the great and interesting postings I have seen - quite informative and want to say, it is the best blog in the entire web portal I have seen....our Naija people trying to cross over to the best country in the world - CANADA. By HIS grace we shall all get there and flourish greatly in the land...IJN, Amen.
I belong to the MI3 group, my ECAS is currently IN PROCESS. I applied through an Immigration Law Firm for the FSW1 category in Sept 2011 and I got my PER on the 23rd of Dec 2011, and it says that 'your application for permanent residence was received on the 20th Sept 2011'. It is now in the 8th months with no new addition to the line - I have been praying and anxiously looking forward to receiving the MR from our beloved Accra CIC office.
Our people say, 'Anywhere Monkey dey, Monkey must jump' - one day na one day, our own turn will come IJN - Amen.
I have made it a duty to always check my ECAS thrice weekly - looking forward to a rewarding change in status and seeking possible flows of emails from Accra CIC office for the right and favourable reasons.

I know God will help all of us IJN to get the MR, we will all succeed at it and eventually get the PR Visa in IJN - Amen.

Good luck to everyone and let's keep encouraging ourselves all the time. Please shout to all immediately you have the MR invite - will be a morale bolster to all.

Once more, many thanks to all, for these blog postings and these have improved my understanding greatly - greatly appreciated.

Wishing you all great success in our expectations.

Congrats Momohj25 ,
I do see you at the LVO thread but never knew you are Nigerian, I am also a Nigerian and LVO is my visa office,
they sent out letter for me on the 13th of july according to their reply to my CSE to them, I havnt recieved it yet but I strongly believe is the MR by God grace.

I just want to wish everyone here goodluck with the whole process, I have been a silent reader of this thread , I so much love the strenght and enthusiasm I alwayz see here, keep it up everyone.

Omoba how you de..how many permannet resident permit does canada issue in a year i heard 50,000 but not sure.

From the July canada news letter, the Minister said that they will be welcoming about 153,000 or thereabout immigrant in 2012 out of which 67,000 are FSWs as against the 250,000 visas given out last year. Though He said there is no plan to reduce the intake as there are more rooms to take in more approved immigrants for 2012. There is still Hope !
