I have applied for intra-company transfer and Canadian Abu Dhabi embassy asked for LMO. Please help your husband friend those recieved the same requirement of LMO in case of intra company have recieved their work permit after getting approved LMO.

Please advice.

I think they didn't re-apply anymore since they cannot provide the LMO and the client needs them to be in Canada the soonest. No updates from them, sorry

Just an update mga ka-batchmates, after 2 months of being here in Montreal, I finally got a job I accepted their offer this morning. I was so lucky because despite of the French proficiency problem, they still offered me the job. They even included private French lessons in my benefit package. So blessed and spoiled by God.

Good luck sa inyo maga ka-batchmates. Hopefully, everyone will finally get their visa.

Hi to all! im just a newbie here...im a late sept. applicant & i had my medical exam last nov 22 & 23.. i was told by nationwide health systems inc. that they will be the one to forward my medical exam results to cem & they will just call if there are any problems or any additional tests required...naghintay ako ng result regarding my visa application at ngayon lang i got a letter from cem through air21 that they didnt receive the results of my medical exam..tinawagan ko ang nationwide & was told that they sent the results dec. 10 & cem received it dec. 13...so i tried to send an email to cem what i was told about but i always get an auto reply from postmaster@international.gc.ca about Delivery Status Notification (Failure). can someone help me verify if i got the correct email address? the one on the letter is manil.immigration@international.gc.ca
i also sent a fax just to make sure cem gets my reply..im just a bit sad as this will further delay my application process bahala na if matagal as long as its a positive result... Congrats pala sa lahat nang nagka visa na. Godbless!

may nangyari na din na case na ganyan naka limutan ko san na yun hindi nakarating ang medical result sa CEM.
Ang ma share ko lang ay pag nag mail ka sa <manil-enquiry@international.gc.ca> ay dapat office time din from 8am to 5pm. Nangyari din yan sa akin saka lang na successfully mailed ng nag mail ko sa ganong oras. Pro medyo late ang reply nyan kung trough email ka. If madami2 pera mo sa call center ka na tumawag sabay forward ng email.

Guys, Good news! I received an email today from CEM saying that my visa has been approved. I can't explain how glad I am today but it makes me a little strange coz, I didn't hear from you guys, to those who had their visa approved, that you received an Email from CEM informing you that you've got approved. Anyway, I felt good after they made it that way, informing me ahead. Even my passport is not yet to come.
2nd Strange thing... CEM ask me to renew my passport even it's valid until Nov. 2014. I did renew my passport but they only gave me a ONE YEAR VISA validity. Another strange thing. ahaha.. Anyway as long as i have my visa, I'm good to go. (I'm now searching POEA procedures by pareng cabalen and jdjianna)
Last strange thing: January 28 is my birthday. Hmm what a coincidence and a wonderful birthday gift to me from CEM.
Just to share here's the letter.

1 year din Visa ko pero 2 years yung binigay na work permit. Binase naman sa LMO. Tinanong nga ako ng immigration officer sa Toronto bakit 1 year lang visa ko. Sabi ko hindi ko alam.

I like to answer your questions but after I read the word FSW (in which i don't have any idea what it is) I start digging for its meaning and how it connects toTWP. Because it's quite long to read so i stopped. but because you really hashtag my name here's what i can share.

1. Processing time takes 4 to 5 months from the time CEM receives your application or more if there's lacking in your documents and they request you to pass that. Your application will not be hasten even your employer is your relatives. Much better if your employer is not your relatives. Because most reasons of refusal is your family ties in canada.
2. You don't qualify to FSW or Federal Skilled Worker. The FSW is the hardest program to achieved. Many steps to be done and it takes years to receive the decision. As of July 1, 2012, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) will temporarily stop accepting applications for the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP). You will be more suited to apply in Temporary Working Permit or TWP. In this thread we applied as TWP.
3. Skilled workers who's already in Canada and want to apply for Permanent Resident, they don't require IELTS. IELTS is only to those NOC that falls on Level C & D.
Since, you're still here in the Philippines then don't worry about IELTS now. Applying for TWP by all levels doesn't requires IELTS.
4. Your qualification will be based on your LMO. If you fall on skilled worker or NOC level A & B then education and experiences does matter. NOC level C and D not that much. So ask your cousin to give an LMO on a lower level.
5. Even you can fix cars blindfolded or fix manually without the help of any machine but you don't have any documents to support that. You're good as nothing. Most of visa officer's decision will be all based on your resume and documents that has been filled. If he's not yet convinced and wanst to know more, the VO will conduct an interview. Then if that happens, that's the time to tell your VO that you do those things but interview now happens very seldom.

Good thing you have an NC-II. If you will apply under NOC- level C or D. Even you only have NC-II and some small training and experience with COE that is enough. Your good to go.

1.about experience sir, paano kung NCII at OJT lang ung exp ko sa automotive ung iba kasi call center may chance kaya iconsider na din nila un like what happen sa sinabi mo about NCII?
2.im undergraduate, binibilang pba ung 67 points kahit TWP ako? natatakot kasi ako na baka d ako pumasok ng 67 points.
3.about family ties, if you were on my shoes anu kaya magandang gawin to lessen the burden na baka ideny dahil sa family ties ko sa employer ko (which is relatives ko nga)
4. last and i hope dka magsawa sa pagsagot skin thank you po talaga. hindi ko kasi makuha ung dapat mafall ako sa NOC c or d? and dapat ung LMO ko ay c or d ang nakalagay? panu po ba un?
