It took us a month to receive ours, it'll be the sponsor who receives it so have them check their email if they included that on the application. I've read that some people never receive an AOR though.

Congratulations, I'm still on the same situation 1st applied aor 31st silence since. Sigh even tracker hasent have a ghost update. Which means they haven't touch my file

Background is still being process for you if I'm not mistaken interview is only in rare cases

Even last night i checked the status and
It showed
We r proccessing your your “background check”
And today it changed the status of background check is “not applicable”
May i know why? Please answer

Hello i submitted my spouse visa outland application on 30 august and now after one month i recieved aor on 3rd oct ,on spouse email … and now on 25 oct my spouse recieved email that your file is presently pending review by officer …. Can someone tell what does it means like these words are lil bit confusing for me like pending review i can’t understand
And on other hand i haven’t received anything else like bil or sa etc

I applied for outland spousal sponsorship last tear January, they asked more documents for proof of my relationship like two months ago and I have received no response since then, there is no improvement in my case. No biometrics or anything but I found out that they have started criminal checks without biometrics. Has this happened with anyone here and how common is it?
