I just got the FD! Dated November 7th 2024 in my GC key account. And the tracker is showing the COPR number and expiry date!!

I got P1 yesterday!

Medicals passed: 19th September
Medicals went blank: 20th September
Biometrics completed and passed: 20th September

My application has not been progressed much since it was transferred to Vancouver office. It’s status is still same eligibility and security not started, info sharing in process and criminality passed only. Aor is August 15, bil completed on October 7, medical passed on October 12. From that time no update

Try to give them a call. It might magically let them pick up your case.
