Hi fellows! Just be patient, my application just moved a little. My eligibility turned to Completed today! I know this still means a little but it's the only update I got in the past 3+ months.

On Jan 30, 2025, the Eligibility on Tracker turned to In Progress from Not Started.
On May 09, 2025, the Eligibility on Tracker turned to Completed from In Progress, now they are:

Still waiting for any update through email/IRCC portal.
Did you also receive a notification on your email after this update?

Nope. But based on my research during the longass waiting, I bet I will get a ghost update or two through IRCC portal along with emails in the upcoming weeks.

Passed the eligibility means the application is generally safe but there is still a risk that the application will be put into Security Screening. So let's see.

Such a heartwarming news ❤️... Btw, what were your visa offices?

Good day my boat sharers! Today I got the eCOPR number on my Tracker and I believe this its the terminus of my waiting game. If you are still in the boat that I just left today, don't worry and be patient! Your P1 or PPR will come sooner or later! We are so lucky to have the PR application running at this moment! Here is my detailed timeline for your references:

PNP-EE-Outland OINP tech draw February 2024
Couple (applicant + spouse)

Sep 11, 2024 : AOR
Nov 04, 2024: Medical and Biometrics requests.
Nov 09, 2024: Biometrics done and medical passed. Both Completed on Tracker (applicant and spouse)

-- No update for about three months --

Jan 30, 2025:
Eligibility on Tracker turned to In Progress from Not Started, Background Check is also In Progress. Spouse's are Not Started and In Progress.

-- No update for over three months --

May 09, 2025:
Eligibility on Tracker turned to Completed from In Progress.

-- Just a weekend! --

May 12, 2025: Final Decision May 12, 2025 along with Passport Request Letter (Information Letter)
May 13, 2025: Tracker update nightly, all status Completed while Spouse's Eligibility is still Not Started (it's normal).

It's so luck we got no ADR nor comprehensive BGC. My eligibility was surely been reviewed so it caused such a delay, but because I believe no methods we can do to shorten the process so we didn't call IRCC nor apply for GCMS notes, which saved a lot of anxiety from us!

Don't worry! It's just a game of patience!

Whats your P1 date. An April 30th person just got P2. I am May 2nd P1, i would suggest to wait for a bit.

“The landing department's focus is on issuing more eCOPRs. It's the same department that issues the P1s, P2s.

At some point the focus will shift back to the P1s, P2s. No one can tell you when but generally speaking, more eCOPR reports flying around is bad news for those waiting for their P2s. It is what it is, that department has limited capacity and has had an estimated 40% staff cut back in March”

I think IRCC has put my file in cold storage. Outland applicant. AOR 4 Sep, 2024. Med & Bio done by 4 Oct, 2024. ADR submitted on Feb 10, 2025. Eligibility and BG in progress since last 6 months. I've called IRCC 5 times already but to no avail.

No worry, seems all good for me. Only tricky thing is you must land Canada before Oct 4, that will be the date your medical & eCOPR expires. I think your PPR will come so soon. Which country are you from? Here we only need 7-14 days to stamp the passport.
