A question for those who received their FDs, P1 and P2 - What time of day do you typically get an update on your tracker? Or is it just random?
For context: I don't have access to my GC key as my consultant submitted my application, but I do have access to my tracker account.

Usually, I got it around from 12:35 PM - 1:55 PM! However, it's different for others!

Before checking my status, yesterday's IRCC agent asked what my last update was, and I said it was a September BIL. Maybe she did something to bring attention to my case.
Pretty sure that everything was completed but your officer might have forgotten to upload it as "Completed". However, you got it and that's what matters!
