I got a ghost update on the day my GCMS note was generated. I'm guessing that can lead to a ghost update as well.

Anyone knows what the PVO does and what the SVO does ? Is the Case Analyst that makes the recommendation from the SVO, and the officer that makes the final decision from the PVO?

I requested mine on Oct 11th and I received it yesterday, so mine is less than 30 days. I guess it just depends on which worker you get for your ATIP request. Just like your PR application. And I guess my luck ran out when I got Vancouver as one of the VOs hahaha.

It was like 27 days for me. But they generate it 2 days before they sent it to me.

Looking at trackers and people sharing their information, I almost always see applications from Francophone draws to be processed in like 3 months. I don't know if this is true or not. Anyone has any insights on this?
