August 2023 Outland Spousal Sponsorship

I emailed MP on Monday, and she gave me an update on my wives applications today.
She says for TRV, criminality is done, eligibility is still in progress.
and for sponsor application, "sponsors eligibility has passed, criminality has passed, medicals are valid and there are no outstanding requests. "
Does this mean that everything for the sponsor application is done? Is there anything else that they have to check/verify? at this point, am i just waiting for them to look at the application again and pass it through to the next step (pre-arrival and PPR)? Eligibility is still not started on the tracker though

Thank you. Pasaport back with visa February 16, 2024 including the congratulations letter and copr letter. Ready to fly now from India to Canada.
February 15 2024: closed the online status check.
February 16 2024: passport arrived with visa and congratulations letter and copr letter.

October 26, 2023 - Biometric letter received
October 28, 2023 - Medical letter received
November 6, 2023 - Biometrics done
November 7, 2023 - Biometrics completed
November 10, 2023 - Medical done
November 15, 2023 - Medical completed
December 14, 2023 - Eligibility completed
February 16, 2024 - Passport Request Letter
February 16, 2024 - Background Check Completed
February 16, 2024 - COPR on tracker
My file was also submitted on 2 August... and got everything done by 17 october .. its under background check from 17.. should I order GCMS notes to find out or what.. I am little worried now
Yes you can. I contacted my mp's office and they called ircc they said background check not started yet but in a week I received passport request email.

I am getting an error saying
