Just got a update on the tracker, background verification is complete and COPR number is also available.

Gckey still shows application in progress though.

How much time passed between the medical exam and the completion of background check and eligibility verification?

Applied: Sep 7, 2023
Bio: Nov 27
PPR: Feb 13, 2024
Landed in CA on TRV: Apr 25

Raised webform for address change: Apr 26
P1 received: April 30

Application processed at VO London now moved to VO Montreal
PA + 1 dependent from Pakistan

Gckey still shows application in progress though.

Mine also showed in progress even when I got my PPR. It showed "approved" after my passport spent 2 weeks in the embassy, then got it back after 2 more weeks. You might get PPR within the week up to 4 weeks.

Nothing... Its soo frustrating.. I asked my MP office again and they inquired. IRCC said criminal background in progress again second time .. and its within timeline of processing time.. they dont have any true answer just vague replies

I have received pre-arrival service letter today. My background on progress and eligibility haven't start - on pr tracker.

Hope for the best, you will hear something soon.

I understand this process only left you with anxiety. Mine also shows background checking in progress from last 5 months. We all are in a same boat. Hope we will hear soon .

Same eligibility started in January, still processing its so annoying when others files can be completed well in few months then why not ours. VO Delhi is so much slacking. Ircc should look into this.
