How do we know which processing office we have? I got the AOR from Sydney, a FP request from Vancouver and then the citizenship test from Niagara

everyone gets AOR from Sydney and AFAIK, FP from Vancouver. If you got test from NGF, most probably its NGF.

What is your location where you live? your centre most probably will be closer to it.

The number is 888 242 2100. Try repeatedly until they transfer your call to an agent.

What I have seen is best time to call is early morning around 8:30-9 AM.

They say it takes 2-4 weeks during the oath. Not sure how long it actually takes.
Also, I did not know oaths were scheduled on weekends
