I found a couple in this forum:

Seems like IRCC went through a bout of productivity during December, and they're still on holiday and forgot to mark those who took the test as test complete.
No update after test marked to complete by Nov 14. But mine is with Scarborough office.
I got a confirmation email after I finished my test which contains the time the test was taken and my score. So that's proof.
But I think we should probably email/call IRCC to give them a heads up about our completed tests. Anyone has their email/number?
EDIT: To clarify, At the bottom of the page where the test was finished there was a button called Email. I pressed that and it sent me the confirmation page by email.

This is new for me, i completed my test on dec 24th i have not received any confirmation email about the test completion... even though i could see the score after i submitted.. i am still waiting for my tracker to be updated as well..

This is getting weirder and weirder. Today the tracker updated with another new test scheduled.
So I currently have two "waiting for you" test notifications. and three scheduled invites in the activity log.
The two waiting for you invites are for Dec 28, 2022 - Jan 18, 2023 and the new one Jan 16, 2023 - Feb 6, 2023 - even though I took and passed the test on Dec 29, 2022. This makes zero sense and is very confusing.

This is ridiculous! Invited for test 1 month ago but can't take it! Every time they try to fix it by a new test that starts in 10 days in the future! What's wrong with you!?
