Here is my case details based on my talk with IRCC last week:
AOR: 28th Aug 2020
Medical/Biometrics: Passed (Oct 19th)
Criminality: In progress
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
VO: Ottawa

There was also RCMP request on the same day of my medical completion (Oct 19) and I had submitted back on Oct 30. Not updates on my case post that. Heard that cases with RCMP would be delayed to process. Anyone with similar status or had similar updates earlier, kindly update the same.

Review of additional documents(RCMP) changed to 'Not Applicable' last week, previously it mentioned something like 'The documents you provided are being reviewed" '. Progress bar is 85% with estimated completion date of February 27.

However, I had to call again on Friday to clarify a question I had regarding the bridging work permit. The agent told me this time that my eligibility is still in progress (even though on Monday I was told it's a recommended pass).

Does anyone know how this is possible?

Technically Eligibility remains in progress until it is conclusively passed by an officer. Recommended Pass only means it has been checked by an Analyst, and that is their recommendation. An Officer still needs to do a final review.

Every VO is slow at the moment, and Ottawa handles the most applications

Yes, I just learned that Ottawa handles the majority of applications, thus it stands to reason that things will move somewhat slower.

Received a GU yesterday night. AOR Aug 29th. Anybody else got this? Hopefully not a glitch. Also I ordered GCMS on 27th Jan. Was the update because of that?
