This was the first and only ghost update I've gotten. If you want to get through to an agent, you have to call right at 8 am local time. It might take a couple of tries but keep calling until you get through.

You have to keep trying. I called them today and got through after two attempts. The closer to 8am local time you call, the better.

Happens to me as well, I had a one of those Employment letter by HR that is not so detailed about my duties. I have to ask my manager to write another reference letter, with all my duties, submit via Webform!

No, but i noticed that myself. And contacted back to the company to get the new paper works.

Do i have to keep this fund above 13K ($12,960) threshold during this whole time? Until COPR?

Lovely! I read someone was refused becuz having less funds than they claimed so i paranoid a bit.
