Every VO is slow at the moment, and Ottawa handles the most applications

Received my GCMS notes today and found out my VO is Ottawa.
AOR: Aug23
Medical Passed And BIL: Oct 15
Biometrics: Nov 20

Eligibility: Not started
Criminality: On progress
Security: not started.

So i guesa we should expect major delay because our VO is in Ottawa?

GCMS notes are like a month old snapsphot from what i understand. Maybe it has cleared by now.
