@legalfalcon We were given 30 days to submit the medicalTest, April 22 2021, whihc is still 2 months before the current medical tests expiry date.
The Medical exam centre told me that they cannot book us a slot atleast until May 2021. They said they will check with CIC regarding this.
Are we going in the right direction to check about this reTest.?

Thanks a lot for your reply and time!
If you cannot get an appointment, you can ask IRCC for an extension. This is very common.

Hi everyone,

Called IRCC this morning. Agent told me that all stages are passed, waiting for the final decision to be made. I hope it won't take too much time for them to make it, but who knows...Anyway, i guess it's a big step forward.

My Aor: August 31-st 2020
CEC inland + 1 dependent

Wish you all luck !

Hey, that’s good news! Quick question, did you get any ghost updates prior to calling and learning all stages have been passed??

Called IRCC agent today (finally I found someone helpful and genuine). Here is my most current update (as per my conversation with the agent)

CEC inland applicant (no dependent)
AOR: Aug 5, 2020
Medical - passed
Bio - passed
Eligibility - passed
Criminality- passed
Security- in progress
1st GU: Sept 25
2nd GU: Nov 30

The agent said it might take from 1-3 months for the final round to be completed. Was anyone in the same situation and how long did the security stage take for you? Appreciate your inputs and good luck all!!!

When you called the IRCC line, what option did you choose?

Apparently, they have changed the menu buttons since I last called. Earlier there was a separate dial button to know about the status of your application.

Now, instead of your application number, they ask you for your UCI number. After that, I think they had three things on the dial menu:
1. To replace a document or report a stolen immigration document.
2. To report immigration fraud
3. To know more about the coronavirus measures

I would really appreciate it if you could tell me which option you choose.

Great. Thank You @legalfalcon The medical centre also said they will check with CIC and get back to me. But as you are saying it is safer to give the medical tests as they will expire in June anyways. I guess my fault was getting the med Tests in June and AOR being in Aug. 2 months gap.

I applied for PR through a representative, so i have no access to my account to check for any updates, i just called randomly.

When i called, i actually tasted both Application nr and UCI, they asked to do so. In the menu, there is an option to get info about your application status. After the robot "tells your application status" , you can choose to contact an agent. The robot is not updated with the correct information about your application, so it is better to contact an agent.
