Thanks for your response.I got my application approved in last week Tuesday, and still waiting for the COPR document.
This may not be a bad thing. At the final stage IRCC will also check if your medicals and passport are still valid. Before PPR is sent the details of an applicant's COPR, its expiration and the PR visa are input into the GCMS system. The COPR and PR visa cannot be issued by IRCC beyond the validity of the applicants passport or medicals, whichever expires first.I recieved an email today indicating application profile is updated. After couple of ghost updates I was surprised to see that the update was that of medical exam request for both me and my wife. Our medical status changed form being passed to "We have requested a medical exam" .
Along with this we also recieved two IMM 1017E form. MedicalReport - SectionA Client Identification and Summary.
Has anyone else gone through a similar situation here ? If medical tests are valid for one year then we have ours valid till June of 2021. I was surprised to see both of us getting this request now after having our meds passed before.
Please let me know what you think @caipsnotes
I really hope soI got my approval on March 16th in the portal but no COPR documents. Lets hope we get it soon, I heard it takes 1-2 weeks for the document.

I just spoke to IRCC agent and she told me that we need to wait at least 3 weeks after we receive approval for the COPR PDF. If we do not get it after 3 weeks, we need to call and inform them.Same for me
