1 GU: 28 October (Background changed from "in progress" to "we are processing your application...")

3 GU: 16 November (when most people had one, still not sure if a glitch or not)
PPR: 19 November
The PPR came from the London VO, but I don't actually know where my application was processed.

The PPR letter mentions that we should keep ourselves informed of the travel restrictions and that travel documents will be issued for when we can travel. So no, we cannot travel right now.
