Guys, I got PPR yesterday!! Just slightly recovered from the shock, posting my details below:

Stream: FSW-O
ITA: 8 July
AOR: 23 August
MEP: 14 September
BIL: 14 September
Biometrics given: 20 October
Country of residence: UK
1 GU: 28 October (Background changed from "in progress" to "we are processing your application...")
2 GU: 29 or 30 October (Background changed back to "in progress")
3 GU: 16 November (when most people had one, still not sure if a glitch or not)
PPR: 19 November

The PPR came from the London VO, but I don't actually know where my application was processed.

Are you now allowed to travel to Canada or do you need to wait until they provide further instructions or an authorisation to travel?

The PPR letter mentions that we should keep ourselves informed of the travel restrictions and that travel documents will be issued for when we can travel. So no, we cannot travel right now. Fingers crossed something is put in place soon.

Thanks for your reply! That's frustrating, but let's hope that they will soon make some sort of arrangements to allow the outland PRs to safely land in Canada. Fingers crossed and best wishes!
