Hi everyone,

I am a CEC candidate, AOR August 6.

I have a question. I did my biometrics in Ottawa on November 3. My biometric details such as the biometrics number, date of enrolment and expiry date were updated on my profile on the same day. However, under 'Details about your application status' it still says, "We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details."

I was wondering if this is normal?

I got my BIL on 20th of August and the 90 days available to get the biometrics done is about to be completed by 19th of november. VFS in India is still not open for biometrics. I am sure people must have asked the same question before, so tried looking at previous posts on issues like these but could not really find an answer. Do I have to submit a webform to the IRCC requesting an extension or is it unnecessary. Can anyone please let me know?

Guys I called IRCC today but the agent told me that since my file was transferred to the LVO,she would not be able to give me any further info.
Any guesses as to what it means?
