Mine is August AOR, I've a query wrt the submitted reference letter, the Salary calculation was wrong in one of my work reference letter provided by former colleague, instead of 11 months, he calculated for 10 months.

Will IRCC actually calculate the monthly salary with the duration that I've worked? or they will just only verify if I was being paid. Please HELP me on this. Is this a serious issue. Provided salary slips too for 6 months. Should I wait from IRCC?

There have been situations where they have asked for the ECA in an ADR, allowing the applicant the opportunity to upload it later. But I know of a couple of people whose applications were rejected because there was no ECA attached even though they do not explicitly ask for it to be uploaded and there was no ADR sent asking for it either. One of those people was able to successfully have their case reopened and one of them thought it would be faster to just reapply. You could upload it via webform just to be safe. It's important to make sure that that the type of ECA you have is the kind that is valid for immigration purposes and that a copy of it was sent to IRCC directly by the issuing authority.

One more relevant question...In the PR process; when do they actually check and confirm that all required documents are there...I am asking it as I have already passed Medicals and my understanding is that it also means R10 or completeness check is done as well...is my understanding correct?..can you get ADR after R10 is done?

Please do so via webform ASAP. Some get ADR for it and some get outright rejection. Don’t wait to find out.
