Congratulations on your progress man, just a quick question If my memory serves right you requested for GCMS notes, did you get the notes if says is it possible to analyze at what stage your Eligibility has passed, just curios because my timeline is very similar to yours and I got my IP1 ghost update on Oct 16
I ordered the note on 5 Oct but it is yet to arrive. I am dying to see the note, too.

Hi,

Mine is August AOR. I've query wrt USA Canada Flagpole, the US border provided a denial of entry - administrative refusal flagpole which had to be submitted at the Canadian border again for my new work permit. I mentioned 'NO' for the below Statutory question, please confirm if this answer is correct for the below question. I've read even on this forum that, we should not mention Administrative refusal - flagpole as there is no track of this application. Immigrants in Canada would have done this for their study to work permit, please help me on this.

Has xxxxx ever been refused visa or permit, denied entry or order to leave Canada or any other country

Experts please advice

Its PPR guys..
received email from Sydney (Austalia) and also letters requesting passport submission in my GIC account.

Congratulations!!

Just curious, did you get the 3rd ghost update? Was your file transferred to Sydney (Australia) for the final review? Would you have any idea, if so, when? If the answer is yes, how long do you estimate it took for file transfer to Sydney (Australia) to PPR request?

Correct, you answer NO to that question because flagpoling is not denied entry with regards to what is being asked.

Did you get any ghost updates or your security changed to "your application is in progress" from "we are processing..."
